After some time in the making, we’re excited to introduce our Merino Double Knit - also known as Interlock - now available for your winter sewing projects.

Merino interlock is a favourite for winter sewing thanks to its soft feel, natural warmth, and stable knit structure. The double knit construction gives the fabric more body and less edge curl than a single jersey, making it easier to cut and sew while still offering comfortable stretch.

Made from 100% Premium Australian Merino wool, this knit is naturally breathable, temperature regulating, and soft against the skin, making it ideal for everyday garments worn through cooler months. At 250gsm, it’s a versatile midweight knit perfect for tops, cardigans, dresses, skirts, and comfortable winter layers.
