Wholesale Rates

Trade Wholesale pricing is available to businesses only when our minimum order quantities are met. 

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
10 metres per fabric, per colour
(Custom shipping rates apply per shipment.)

To place a wholesale order, please get in touch with us directly by email.
We’ll confirm availability, provide further details, and invoice you directly for payment via online banking, or EFTPOS on collection in-store.

Trade Discount (Below MOQ)

If you don’t require MOQs or large quantities, our Designer / Trade Discount may be a better fit, ideal for smaller, full-priced orders without the need for bulk purchasing. 

  • Applies to full-priced fabrics only
    (Excludes sale items, remnants, threads, and sewing supplies)

How to Apply

To be considered, you’ll need to:

  • Be actively operating or setting up a fashion-related business

  • Provide business details, such as your website and/or social media

  • Tell us the types of fabrics you’re interested in sourcing

  • If visiting in-store, please bring a business card for verification

Payment Terms

All new business accounts begin on a cash sale basis.
Once we’ve built a working relationship, credit terms may be offered to those who qualify.

Fabric Box is the retail arm of Frost Textiles, a leading importer and wholesaler of fashion apparel fabrics, supplying the fashion industry across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond.

We’re based right alongside the Frost Textiles warehouse in Morningside, Auckland. We work hand-in-hand with their team to answer wholesale enquiries, send swatches, and organise samples - so you can keep your production running smoothly while they focus on large-scale bulk orders.

Note: Products with “Deadstock” in the name are limited, deadstock fabrics that are exclusive to Fabric Box retail store. All other fabrics are part of our core range, on-going lines, hand selected and sourced by the experienced team at Frost Textiles. These are available to supply in bulk, contact us for current stock availability.
