We offer trade pricing for GST-registered businesses actively working in or establishing a fashion business - whether you’re a designer, dressmaker, tailor, or something in between, you’re welcome to apply.

How to Apply

To be considered, you must:

Be actively operating or setting up your business.
Provide details about your business, including your website and/or social media.
Let us know the types of fabrics you’re interested in.
If visiting in-store, please bring a business card.

Wholesale Rates

Minimum order: 10 metres per fabric, per colour.
Ideal for production runs and bulk buying.

Business Discount (Below MOQ)

Available for eligible businesses ordering smaller quantities.
Applies to full-priced fabric only (sorry, no sale items, remnants, threads, or sewing supplies).

Please note: All new accounts start on a cash sale basis. Once we’ve built a relationship, credit terms can be arranged for those who qualify.

Fabric Box is the retail arm of Frost Textiles, a leading importer and wholesaler of fashion apparel fabrics, supplying the fashion industry across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond.

We’re based right alongside the Frost Textiles warehouse in Morningside, Auckland. We work hand-in-hand with their team to answer wholesale enquiries, send swatches, and organise samples - so you can keep your production running smoothly while they focus on large-scale bulk orders.

Note: Products with “Deadstock” in the name are limited, deadstock fabrics that are exclusive to Fabric Box retail store. All other fabrics are part of our core range, on-going lines, hand selected and sourced by the experienced team at Frost Textiles. These are available to supply in bulk, contact us for current stock availability.
