At Fabric Box, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We kindly ask that you unpack and inspect your order as soon as it is received. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received a flawed fabric or if you believe we have made a mistake with your order. We want the opportunity to evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. 

Please email Fabric Box at shop@fabricbox.co.nz to advise of any flaws or order issues, within 30 days of delivery. Please include original order/proof of purchase details. 

If your return claim is accepted, we will advise the next steps in making a return to us.

Fabric Box will firstly look to replace the flawed fabric and if the fabric is no longer available, we will refund the price paid by you for the fabric.

All sales are final. Sorry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind once a fabric has been sent.
We advise all customers to follow the fabric care instructions outlined in the product description, as we cannot accept claims on fabrics if they have been laundered incorrectly.

Reproduction of colours are as accurate as photographic processes allow, however, please note that product colours may vary from what is displayed on your computer monitor and may vary from monitor to monitor and device to device.

We suggest you order a fabric swatch so you can be sure the colour and texture of the fabric is what you have in mind for your project.

Non-returnable items
Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from date of issue. We cannot accept returns or refunds for cash on gift cards.
