How to Order Your Swatches
Simply click the “ORDER FABRIC SAMPLE” button on any product page to add a swatch to your cart. A limit of 6 swatches per order applies.
Swatches are cut to order and sent in a complimentary NZ Post envelope (untracked). Please allow extra time for delivery - postal delays are common.
If your project is time-sensitive, please select courier delivery at checkout, which includes tracking.
Swatches by Post (Untracked) - Important Notes
• Maximum 6 swatches per order - each swatch is cut to order just for you
• Swatch-only orders are sent via NZ Post standard mail (untracked)
• Tracking is not available, and we’re unable to trace envelopes once posted
• NZ Post delivery target is around 3 working days, though delays are common in some areas
How we cut our fabric: All fabrics are sold in ¼ metre increments with a 50cm minimum cut, so sampling first can help you plan confidently before committing to a larger piece
